    Takedown Procedure

    Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, SeksipokerOnline.com will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it.

    Counter-Notification Procedure

    If you believe that the material that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.

    Your counter-notification must include the following:

    If a valid counter-notification is received by our Designated Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party, informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days.
